You are all welcome to the episode 3 of "The Bible Views". In this Blog, I have share about, how to avoid basic sin which harm Christian believer in there life. We will learn from the Bible verse,
2 Samuel 24:1-17, from the life of King David.
King David has requested his army commander, to get census of his people and army over the land of Israel and Judah. And the Army Commander has reported the report after 9 month 20 days. While received the report, King David came to know how big sin he did in the sight of God.
King David was one of the best king in the sight of God. He was even the best worshiper of our God through out his life time and even today also no one can break his record, I believe.
Even though he was very near to God's heart, he sometime fall into sin, which God severely punished him for the acts. The same sin which we also sometime may fall, if we are not aware of the concept how God is really jealous, whom He love the most.

How to avoid such sin in our life?
1. Sin of Pride : King David was possessed with pride to know how much people and warrior are there in his province. And how much strong is he among all the kings on the earth. But he eventually forgot for a moment, that God's power and grace is sufficient for his life.
Friends, sometime in our life, we also may fall in various way, by thinking how much power we have in society? How much rich are we? How much talents we have? and we are proud of that, we underestimate other fellows. And this brought us to, destruction before pride comes.
Trusting on any worldly thing more than God will eventually lead to sin in the sight of God. Being proud is what God hates the most.
It is our utmost duty that we must take care of our emotions of being proud which leads toward destruction of our further endeavor.

2. Sin of Worldly protection : King David, was curious to know how much strong is his kingdom, and how much, he is safe from the enemy, and much people are under him who guards for his safety.
Friends, this same sin, also sometime fall us into sin. Like, we may count our bank balance and wealth, thinking how much we are safe by the power of money, that it can save us during our ill. how much we are safe, from the law. How much safe we are under our rich parents, relatives and friends. We may feel safe, if we are well connected with big people. We may think, we have talented intelligent and body guard, but if you have heart attack, then who will save that moments? Body guard? I think now celebrity will go with medical staff too with body guard!!!
Remember only due to God, we are safe and nothing else. Being giving more priority to other's and other things than God, can eventually lead us to sin against God.

3. Sin of Self power : King David, was curious of his self power, depends upon his army and people. Where as he forgot for a moments that God is the one is most powerful for us and that's sufficient. In the Old Testament, we often read that God fought war on behalf of Israel, whenever they trust. And God has given them many victory, even without any army or army without any action.
Friends, always remember, that God has the supreme power, who has fought many war on your behalf, and He has complete control over your situation, if you have surrender your life to God.
No power can replace God's power. Remember always the supreme power is only and only God. No army, navy, air force, space, technology, government, personal problem, bad situation etc are bigger than our almighty God.

4. Sin of Iniquity : King David, has accept the sin of iniquity before God. He came to understand, right after he received the report about his people and army report. Friends when we lost our judgement over ethics and conscience, we fall in the hand of devils, who then takes control over the charge, and shows worldly power of proud, self reliance, self power, and independent on God's word and His power.
When we lack basic ethics and conscience, we goes against the God's will, and make foolishness to self until its too late to understand, that we were wrong.

He guards the steps of His faithful ones, but the wicked perish in darkness; for by his own strength shall no man prevail.

दोस्तों, कभी-कभी हमारे जीवन में, हम भी विभिन्न तरीकों से गिर सकते हैं, यह सोचकर कि समाज में हमारी कितनी शक्ति है? हम कितने अमीर हैं? हमारे पास कितनी प्रतिभाएं हैं? और हमें उस पर गर्व है, हम अन्य साथियों को कम आंकते हैं। और यह हमारे लिए लाया, अभिमान आने से पहले विनाश। परमेश्वर से अधिक किसी भी सांसारिक वस्तु पर भरोसा करना अंततः परमेश्वर की दृष्टि में पाप को जन्म देगा। घमंडी को परमेश्वर सबसे ज्यादा नफरत करता है। यह हमारा परम कर्तव्य है कि हमें घमंड करने की अपनी भावनाओं का ध्यान रखना चाहिए जो हमारे आगे के प्रयास को नष्ट करने की ओर ले जाता है। बाइबल के संदर्भ: यशायाह 2:12, 23: 9, याकूब 4: 6, यिर्मयाह 9:23, फिलिप्पियों 2: 3, नीतिवचन 8:13, 11: 2, 13:10 और 16: 5, याकूब 4:10 2. सांसारिक सुरक्षा का पाप: राजा दाऊद, यह जानने के लिए उत्सुक थे कि उनका राज्य कितना मजबूत है, और वे दुश्मन से कितना सुरक्षित हैं, और बहुत से लोग उनके अधीन हैं जो उनकी सुरक्षा के लिए पहरेदारी करते हैं। दोस्तों, यही पाप, कभी-कभी हमें पाप में गिरा देता है। जैसे, हम अपने बैंक बैलेंस और धन को गिन सकते हैं, यह सोचकर कि हम पैसे की शक्ति से कितना सुरक्षित हैं, कि यह हमारे बीमार होने के दौरान हमें बचा सकता है। हम कानून से कितने सुरक्षित हैं। हम अपने अमीर माता-पिता, रिश्तेदारों और दोस्तों के अधीन कितने सुरक्षित हैं। हम सुरक्षित महसूस करते हैं, अगर हम बड़े लोगों के साथ अच्छी तरह से जुड़े हैं। हम सोच सकते हैं, हमारे पास प्रतिभाशाली बुद्धिमान और बॉडी गार्ड हैं, लेकिन अगर आपको दिल का दौरा पड़ता है, तो उस क्षण को कौन बचाएगा? बॉडी गार्ड? मुझे लगता है कि अब सेलिब्रिटी मेडिकल स्टाफ के साथ बॉडी गार्ड के साथ भी जाएंगे !!! केवल परमेश्वर के कारण याद रखें, हम सुरक्षित हैं और कुछ नहीं। ईश्वर की तुलना में दूसरे और अन्य चीजों को अधिक प्राथमिकता देना, अंततः हमें ईश्वर के खिलाफ पाप करने के लिए प्रेरित कर सकता है। बाइबल के संदर्भ: मत्ती 6: 24-33, तीतुस 2: 11-12 और 1 यूहन्ना 2: 15 3. आत्म शक्ति का पाप: राजा दाऊद, अपनी आत्म शक्ति के लिए उत्सुक था, अपनी सेना और लोगों पर निर्भर करता है। जहां वह एक पल के लिए भूल गया कि परमेश्वर हमारे लिए सबसे शक्तिशाली है और यह पर्याप्त है। पुराने नियम में, हम अक्सर पढ़ते हैं कि जब भी वे विश्वास करते हैं, तब परमेश्वर ने इस्राएल की ओर से युद्ध लड़ा था। और परमेश्वर ने उन्हें कई जीत दी हैं, यहां तक कि बिना किसी सेना या सेना के बिना किसी कार्रवाई के। दोस्तों, हमेशा याद रखें, कि ईश्वर के पास सर्वोच्च शक्ति है, जिसने आपकी ओर से कई युद्ध लड़े हैं, और आपकी स्थिति पर उसका पूरा नियंत्रण है, यदि आपने अपना जीवन ईश्वर के सामने समर्पण कर दिया है। कोई भी शक्ति परमेश्वर की शक्ति को प्रतिस्थापित नहीं कर सकती है। हमेशा याद रखें कि सर्वोच्च शक्ति केवल और केवल परमेश्वर है। कोई भी सेना, नौसेना, वायु सेना, अंतरिक्ष, प्रौद्योगिकी, सरकार, व्यक्तिगत समस्या, बुरी स्थिति आदि हमारे सर्वशक्तिमान ईश्वर से बड़ी नहीं हैं। बाइबल संदर्भ: फिलिप्पियों ४:१३, नीतिवचन ३: ६, ३:२६, गलातियों २:२०, मत्ती ६:३४ और याकूब १:१२ 4. अधर्म का पाप: राजा दाऊद, ने परमेश्वर के सामने अधर्म का पाप स्वीकार कर लिया था। ठीक उसके बाद उसने अपने लोगों और सेना की रिपोर्ट के बारे में रिपोर्ट प्राप्त की, उसे समझ में आया। दोस्तों जब हम नैतिकता और विवेक पर अपना निर्णय खो देते हैं, तो हम शैतानों के हाथों में पड़ जाते हैं, जो तब आवेश पर नियंत्रण कर लेते हैं, और ईश्वर के वचन और उनकी शक्ति पर सांसारिक शक्ति, घमंड, आत्म निर्भरता, आत्म शक्ति और स्वतंत्र दिखाते हैं।
जब हमारे पास बुनियादी नैतिकता और विवेक की कमी होती है, तो हम ईश्वर की इच्छा के विरुद्ध जाते हैं, और स्वयं को मूर्ख बनाते हैं जब तक कि समझने में देर न हो जाए, कि हम गलत थे। 1 शमूएल 2: 9 वह अपने वफादार लोगों के कदमों की रखवाली करता है, लेकिन दुष्टों ने अंधेरे में नाश कर दिया है; अपनी ताकत के कारण कोई भी आदमी प्रबल नहीं होगा। बाइबल के संदर्भ: यशायाह 59: 2, भजन 119: 133 और भजन 66:18 दाऊद की जनगणना के बाद पाप का परिणाम। 2 शमूएल 24: 11-17, फिर नबी आया, जिसे ईश्वर ने तीन दण्डों की घोषणा करने के लिए दिया है:
निष्कर्ष हमें परमेश्वर की शक्ति को समझना चाहिए, और हमेशा याद रखना चाहिए कि ऐसी कोई भी शक्ति, दया, प्रेम, आदि हमारे परमेश्वर से अधिक नहीं हो सकती है। ईश्वर सर्वोच्च शक्ति में है, वह हमें हर प्रकार से हानि पहुँचाता है और अपने पराक्रम को अपने शक्तिशाली हाथों में रखता है। अंतिम बाइबिल वचन नीतिवचन 21:31 "युद्ध के दिन के लिए घोड़ा तैयार तो होता है, परन्तु जय यहोवा ही से मिलती है।"

Consequence of sin, after David did census.
2 Samuel 24 : 11-17, then prophet came, whom God has given to announce three punishment as follows:
- 7 years of famine all over the land of Israel and Judah.
- 3 months, you shall flee from your enemy.
- 3 days of plague over the land of Israel and Judah.
David has rejected all of this option before God. And accept, that God's mercies is great, and want fall in the hand of God, and not men.
God has punished King David with 3rd option i.e 3 days of plague over the land of Israel and Judah.
And as much as 70,000 men has died within span of 3 days.
Conclusion
We must understand the power of God, and always remember that no such power, mercy, love, might etc can surpass than our God. God is in supreme power, He protects us from all harms and keep His believer in utmost safe in His mighty Hand. The final Bible verse Proverbs 21:31 "The horse is made ready for the day of battle, but the victory belongs to the Lord."
